All records & CD's are graded cover first, disc second with additional detailed information in the description. Most records are sight graded and the rest are play graded if necessary.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
For DOMESTIC ORDERS, all packages have a tracking number at no extra cost. Insurance is optional but definitely recommended as B-Bop can not be responsible for loss or damage due to postal service negligence. By not choosing the insurance option no claim can be made by buyer or seller for loss or damage to the order.
Most INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped 1st class international mail. However, other options are available to choose from as can be found in the drop-down menu when choosing shipping method. NOTE: We Reserve the right to charge for Registered Mail Shipping, Express Mail International or Priority Mail International on any order that we deem is of high value, or is being shipped to a Country where we have experienced a high risk in lost shipments. Registering and/or insuring your order is the only way to protect both the buyer & seller against loss or damage by USPS or the postal service in your country.
Registered Mail is the most secure method of shipping international orders via USPS as it has to be signed for at every point/location of handling the package, however it only provides a minimum of insurance usually no more than $40 so it is recommended for orders under that amount and that includes shipping. Registered Mail is an additional cost above & beyond 1st class as outlined in the drop down menu choices.
Priority Mail International (6-10 days) & Express Mail International (3-5 days) are automatically insured up to $100 or the actual price of the order (shipping included) whichever is lower. Insurance coverage over $100 has an additional cost and will be applied accordingly depending on the cost of your order. Prices for higher insurance coverage to either Express or Priority International. Return Policy
All our items are 100% guaranteed to be in the condition stated. If the condition is not as we stated, the buyer may return it for a refund of the retail price paid for the item. All returns must be authorized by B-Bop Records prior to acceptance and must be received in the same condition we sent it to the buyer. All claims must be made within 10 days of invoice date in order for return to be processed and all returns must be physically received by us within 7 days for domestic ones(USA & Canada) and 10 days for international ones (everywhere else) from the date the return was authorised. No returns will be accepted after that period. We will not accept any un-authorised returns. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for the return of all authorised items that are in the same condition we sent it in if the return reason is because of discrepancy about condition. If an authorised return is received damaged, no refund will be given. Buyer must choose to have product insured if they want to be protected against loss or damage when they order an item or are returning an item.
Q: How we deal with items that are lost in the mail or never show up?
A: Buyer must request that ordered items be insured in order to be covered for loss or damage by the postal service. This is an additional fee to the shipping charge. This applies to orders being sent by the seller to the buyer or authorised returns from the buyer to the seller. If insurance is purchased by the buyer then a claim will be filed with the postal service and a refund given to the buyer by the seller once the postal service fulfils the insurance claim to the seller.
Q:How we deal with items that are damaged in transit?

Q:How we deal with buyers who order the wrong item and wish to return?
A: The return must be authorised by the seller. Returned items must be received by the seller in the same condition as when sent to the buyer. If so, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. If not, no refund will be issued if item is damaged or lost. See Insurance policy above.
Q: How we deal with returns if the seller sends wrong item?
A: If seller sends wrong item by accident then we will accept a return and refund the retail price of the item and the shipping cost.
Q: Who pays for shipping on returns?
A: Buyer pays for shipping on all returns except ones caused by seller shipping the wrong album.
